Minnesota ADA Parking Signs
Minnesota statute 169.346 states that parking spaces reserved for physically disabled persons must be designated and identified by the posting of signs incorporating the international symbol of access in white on blue and indicating that violators are subject to a fine of up to $200 (see T4568 below). The fine for a violation may be displayed as a supplemental sign (see T4586 below) and mounted below the symbol of accessibility sign (see T4570 below). T4586 and T4570 must be mounted together to be in compliance with 169.346.
