Sec. 2. - Hygiene. Modified

The following personal regulations shall be enforced:

  1. Showers. All persons using the swimming pool shall take a cleansing shower bath before entering the swimming pool. A bather leaving the pool to use the toilet shall take a second cleansing bath before returning to the swimming pool room.
  2. Diseases. Any person having an infectious or communicable disease shall be excluded from a public swimming pool, semipublic swimming pool, spa pool, and public bathing place. Persons having any considerable area of exposed sub-epidermal tissue, open blisters, cuts, etc., shall be warned that these are likely to become infected and advised not to use the pool.
  3. Conduct. No running, boisterous or rough play, except supervised water sports, shall be permitted in the pool, on the decks, diving boards, floats, platforms, or in dressing rooms, shower rooms, etc.
  4. Notices. Suitable placards embodying the above personal regulations and instructions shall be conspicuously posted.
