The 28" Performance Orange Traffic Cone is built to meet the demands of high-speed roadways, overnight work zones, and the compliance requirements that come with both. The 28" height meets MUTCD compliance thresholds for nighttime work zones and high-speed roadways at or above 45 mph, making it the appropriate choice where smaller cones fall short of requirements. Paired with 6" and 4" High Intensity Prismatic reflective bands rated to ASTM D4956 Type IV, it delivers the kind of nighttime visibility that gives drivers time to respond — not just time to notice.
Durability comes from one-piece injection-molded PVC construction that removes seams and assembly joints from the equation entirely. The cone flexes on impact and springs back, holding its shape through repeated contact and through weather conditions that cause cheaper materials to stiffen, crack, or warp permanently.
